How do I place an order?
To place an order via the website, locate the product you want to purchase, either by browsing one of the categories or through the site map and then click on “Add to Cart”, specify the quantity you want to order and any special options (for example, gift wrapping). That product will then be added to your shopping cart. You can then either continue shopping or check out.
When you are ready to submit your order, click on the “Check-Out” button. As part of the check-out process, you will be prompted to sign in or create a new account and provide your billing address, shipping address, and payment information. While in “Check Out” you will be able to edit the quantity ordered, or delete any items.

To return a gift, the recipient only needs a gift receipt, which is included with the order. If the recipient misplaces the gift receipt, she will need to obtain a copy of the order receipt from the person who placed the order.

How quickly will I receive my order?
Orders, where standard delivery is selected, usually ship within two business days of having been placed. Orders placed by 11:50 a.m. CST Monday through Friday where Next-Day delivery or Two-Day delivery is selected will be shipped the same day as the order is placed. Please note that Next-Day and Two-Day orders are not delivered on Sundays, or holidays. Therefore, a Next-Day order placed on Friday before 11:50 a.m. CST will be delivered on Monday, assuming Monday is not a holiday.
Do you offer expedited delivery (e.g. Next-Day)?
Yes, we offer Next-Day and Two-Day delivery through FedEx or USPS. Note that FedEx charges an additional $25 to deliver a package on Saturday; therefore, we usually ship via USPS. They deliver on Saturday and do not charge extra.
Can I ship an order to another person?
Absolutely. Just provide the recipient’s name and address when prompted for the shipping information during the check-out process.
